Paul Chapman
Paul is an Expert Automotive Engineer Assessor who has been employed by Banwells since 1990. He is a Vehicle Damage Assessor registered under the Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) scheme. Paul is widely experienced in assessing the consistency of damage to vehicles and the investigation of reported accidents.Paul is registered as an Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council through the Institute of Road Transport Engineers, of which he is also a member.
He is also a full member of the Society of Operations Engineers, the Institute of Diagnostic Engineers, and the Institute of the Motor Industry with whom he is a Advanced Automotive Engineer.
He holds a certificate of Professional Competence for National Road Haulage Operations.
He has completed the Park Lodge International Fire Investigation Course.
He regularly provides witness evidence in court as an independent expert.
