Paul Hill
Paul Hill has been employed as an Automotive Engineer Assessor since 2001 having undergone technical training in motor vehicle and repair technology.Paul’s experience includes working as a Body Repair Technician in a BMW Approved Accident Repair Centre, progressing to the position of Paint Shop Manager over a period of 8 years.
Paul was then employed for 7 years as a Staff Engineer with Norwich Union Insurance, before joining H W Bell as an Independent Engineer Assessor, and in 2011 joining Banwells in the same engineering role.
In his early career Paul gained National Vocational Qualifications in Aircraft Engineering to Level 3. He has also regularly attended Audatex estimating and Thatcham vehicle repair courses.
Paul has a wide knowledge of the construction and the methods of repair of all types of motor vehicles, and the performance of vehicles in collisions.
