Roger Flear
Roger is an Expert Automotive Engineer Assessor who has been employed by Banwells for over 20 years. He is highly experienced in assessing the consistency of damage to vehicles in the investigation of reported accidents. He regularly provides witness evidence in court as an independent expert.Roger initially served a 5 year City and Guilds apprenticeship as a Motor Vehicle Technician. His career has also included experience in the body repair industry as an Estimator for a large vehicle body repairer, a Workshop Manager at a Jaguar main dealer and a Quality Manager employed by a VW Audi approved body repair specialist.
He gained Associate Membership by examination of the Institute of Automotive Engineer Assessors and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry.
